The Future of Banking
Kinetic will push business banking forward. Upon its beta release, early adopters will begin to experience a pioneering new service analysing spending, smart categorisation, monthly breakdowns and tailored insights. While serving as the Experience Lead on the central governance team, I oversaw the end-to-end product development process across a fast paced, multi-agency initiative which encouraged HSBC to go beyond their comfort zone

Objective
Kinetic aims to be a fully integrated service that will help businesses thrive. The product has been designed with a dynamic, agile and collaborative approach. Designed, built, tested and refined to create a tailored experience for each customer
Role
Responsible for steering the strategic vision and alignment via close collaboration with 9 ‘pods’ (teams). The role required a balance of conceptual vision work, design system governance and ensuring the overall consistency of an adaptive design thinking process.
Challenges
The scale (200+ people) and pace of the programme, while aligning a multi-agency initiative with varying cadences required an incredibly nimble approach which was constantly being refined.
